During „Slow Food“ the pleasures and tastes take centre stage. Prerequisites for such an experience are the ecologically and aesthetically quality of aliments – and as is always the case; quality takes time. Slow Food shuns manufactured products and prefers what grows in front of the door.

Already to grandma’s time we knew that aliments influence the mood. However, love isn’t the only element that transcends to our stomachs but also nervousness and tiredness. Carbohydrates, found in pasta or potatoes, increase the serotonin level in the brain. The result: balance and good mood.
