- 20 anchovies
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 hands full of parsley
- 2 hands full of basil
- 1 chili
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- olive oil
- 2 tbsp vinegar
Acciughe Al Salsa Verde
Anchovies in green sauce
Slice the large anchovies seasoned in salt, then bone and clean them. Chop the parsley, garlic, basil and egg yolk fine and mix them with olive oil and vinegar. Arrange the cleaned anchovies and spread the sauce over them. Continue in layers and finish with the sauce.
