Returns
We aim to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase from ASA Selection. Should a product not meet your expectations, you are entitled to return your order in accordance with the following provisions.
Right of Return
Customers may return goods purchased via asa-selection.com within fourteen (14) days of receipt, without stating any reasons.
Return Costs
Returns are free of charge for orders with a total value of €50 or more. For orders with a total value below €50, a flat-rate return fee of €4.95 shall apply.
Conditions for Returns
• The right of return applies exclusively to purchases made directly via asa-selection.com.
• Returned goods must be unused, complete, with all original labels attached, and returned in their undamaged original packaging.
• Items sold as sets may only be returned as complete sets.
Notification of Defects (Damaged Goods)
In the event that goods are delivered damaged or defective (e.g., broken items), the customer shall promptly notify ASA Selection customer service at shop@asa-selection.de. The notification shall include clear photographic evidence of the damage and the packaging to enable expedited processing.
Refund of Purchase Price
Following receipt and inspection of the returned goods, ASA Selection shall refund the purchase price to the original payment method used within seven (7) business days.
Initiating the Return Process
To initiate the return process, please visit our return portal. Enter your order number and postal code to register your return. A return label will be provided to you immediately thereafter.
